Ahhhh week 18 was seriously the BEST week so far in my pregnancy. The weeks leading up to it were pretty good...not as sick, got my appetite back, and I was starting to get my energy back! But boy....week 18 was my MAGICAL WEEK. I actually had the energy to go to the grocery store and cook dinners--Michael definitely LOVED this week! haha
We get to find out the sex on March 12 and I am BEYOND excited. My bump has definitely grown...I definitely feel pregnant and don't have to worry about people wondering "is she or isn't she?" I already have the sweetest couple wanting to throw me my first baby shower. The Rogers, who lead our bible study community group, will be throwing a shower in June for Baby Wade :) So thrilled!
Thing I've Been Experiencing This Month:
- Burst of energy at 18 weeks
- I felt the baby move for the first time at 16 weeks...after eating chocolate chip pancakes :)
- Appetite finally back...no consistent cravings as of yet...no longer crave OJ or tuna fish
- Hardly ever get sick, unless I ride in the car without eating...
- Yay for a DEFINITE visible bump!
Facts About Baby At Week 18:
- Your fetus has become amazingly mobile (at least compared to you), passing the hours yawning, hiccuping, rolling, twisting, kicking, punching, sucking and swallowing. And, baby's finally big enough that you'll be able to feel those movements soon.
